Welcome to Benelancer. By accessing our website and utilizing our affiliate network, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Affiliate Program

Benelancer operates as an affiliate network providing raw digital content and educational materials to independent creators ("Affiliates"). Affiliates earn commissions by promoting digital products via unique tracking links.

• Commissions are set at a standard rate of 80% per successful sale, though this rate may be subject to promotional changes.
• Sales tracking is handled by third-party processors (e.g., Payhip). Benelancer is not responsible for tracking discrepancies caused by browser settings, ad-blockers, or cleared cookies on the end user's device.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Rules

As a member of the swarm, you are representing our products. You agree to adhere to the following strict guidelines when posting content:

• No Spam: You may not use automated bots to mass direct-message (DM) users on any social platform.
• Platform Compliance: You must abide by the Terms of Service of the platforms where you post (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Benelancer is not responsible for the suspension or banning of your personal or faceless accounts.
• No Misrepresentation: You may not falsely claim to be the creator of the digital products or make guarantees regarding financial earnings to potential customers.

3. Payouts and Earnings

All affiliate balances displayed on the Benelancer dashboard are estimates pending final clearance from our payment processors.

• Payouts are processed manually on the 1st of every month for the previous month's cleared earnings.
• You must provide valid payment details (PayPal, Crypto Wallet, etc.) to receive funds. If your payment details are invalid, your payout will be rolled over to the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we detect fraudulent purchases, stolen credit card usage, or manipulation of the affiliate tracking system.

4. Termination

Benelancer reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our brand, other affiliates, or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Benelancer provides the platform and content "as is." We do not guarantee any specific level of income or success. Your earnings are entirely dependent on your own effort, strategy, and execution. Governing law for these terms shall be the State of Texas, USA.
